Where can I purchase your books?
Books are available through Ad Fontes Press’ own online bookstore, and through a host of online retailers, including Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble, Books-a-Million, Christianbook.com, Powell’s Books, and Walmart. Canadian readers may make purchases through McNally Robinson.
Where do I place wholesale or bulk orders?
Ask about wholesale discounts and product availability through the Connect page and select “Wholesale / Bulk orders” from the Select an inquiry drop-down menu.
Are there discounts for non-profits?
Sorry, no. There are however discounts for purchases in bulk. Ask about wholesale discounts through the Connect page and select “Wholesale / Bulk orders” from the Select an inquiry drop-down menu.
How long does it take to turn an order around?
Orders are shipped as soon as their ready within 72 hours during work days (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, Pacific Standard Time).
No orders will be shipped on weekends or holidays.
Will my item arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed by midnight on December 12, 2021 will be delivered by Christmas for addresses in the USA.
Although our mail carriers do their best to deliver in all kinds of weather, please note that your order may not arrive before Christmas if there are significant weather delays at the destination or carrier facilities.
How do I calculate shipping costs?
The rates charged for shipping are based on the weight of the order, the speed of delivery, and the final destination.
Shipping options are offered on the cart and checkout pages after you enter your address but before you enter payment information. You will have the option of cancelling an order before submitting payment details.
Returns, replacements, and exchanges
Ad Fontes Press does not accept returns or exchange products. All sales are final.
However, under certain conditions (for example, in the case of a defective item), Ad Fontes Press may offer a replacement. Ask about replacements through the Connect page and select “Return / replace a product” from the Select an inquiry drop-down menu.
